@rkalla: Loooooove this deep content - thanks for putting together. The shooting and editing and prep for things like this is no joke.
@HomeSysAdmin: Great detailed walkthrough of everything! I had no idea Windows had an ssh client built in to powershell. Also, vim is the way - none of that nano stuff haha.
@Llyonard: an advise, in linux you can use tab for autocomplete, like you can type m(tab) and it will complete the word "mainnet" if its the only folder starting with m. Or you can use cd (tab) and it will show the folders etc etc
@jowingsze1981: Awesome tutorial! Good to know we can run 3 gigahorses in 512GB RAM.
@bryankr: Top class content as usual. Q1: is it possible to use the GPU to plot but not to farm? (i.e. plotting speed up but with no compression and hence no fees) Do you think official Chia GPU plotter will have this option? (also how long must we wait for this?!) Q2: Why don't you use remote harvesters instead of mounting NAS to decrease your lookup/validation times? Lastly, do you recommend Dell servers? I loved HPs for build quality until I came across the bios update issues... ( very short sighted of them since future chief engineers prob start off by tinkering with old enterprise cast offs ). Fair play to you for taking the time to answer/react to questions/comments. Kudos!
@chewie-mw2qg: Great content Jerod. Have followed your guide but think I'm having an issue with permissions / accessing the NFS shares (touch cat = permission denied), and when attempting to plot (failed to write to directory: 'mnt/dataAA/). I can see the drives mounted, but wondering if further access permissions need to be given?
